Treatment Information
Choosing the right aesthetic or wellbeing treatment starts with a conversation. Our General Consultation gives you dedicated, one-on-one time with a GMC-registered medical professional to discuss your goals, address any concerns, and explore what is possible. We take the time to listen and examine your skin and facial structure in a quiet, pressure-free setting. Whether you have a specific treatment in mind or simply want expert advice on where to begin, we will explain every option clearly and create a fully personalised care plan built around your budget and lifestyle. Note: A £20 consultation deposit is required to secure your appointment, which is fully redeemable against any future treatment or medical-grade product.
Cancellation Policy
By proceeding with your booking at JEUNEA / Luxe Skin Lab, you agree to the following: Appointment Fee: A non-refundable fee is required to secure your booking, which is fully redeemable against your treatment or products. Cancellation & No-Show: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any changes. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the service fee. No-shows will be charged at 100%. Clinical Suitability: All treatments are subject to a medical assessment. We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not in your best clinical interest; in such cases, your deposit may be transferred. Arrival: Please complete your Medical History prior to arrival. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation, with full payment still required. Privacy: Your data is handled securely under GDPR. You will be added to our newsletter updates but can opt out at any time.
