Results Timeline

Sweating noticeably decreases in 3–5 days; full dry results achieved at 14 days

Sweat Management is chosen by patients who find that clinical-grade antiperspirants cause skin irritation or fail to control heavy perspiration. By targeting the root cause, the overactive nerve signals, this treatment provides a discrete, reliable medical solution that keeps your clothes dry and eliminates sweat anxiety for up to 9 months.

PRECISION TARGETING

Why should I choose Hyperhidrosis Treatment?

Sweat Management is chosen by patients who find that clinical-grade antiperspirants cause skin irritation or fail to control heavy perspiration. By targeting the root cause, the overactive nerve signals, this treatment provides a discrete, reliable medical solution that keeps your clothes dry and eliminates sweat anxiety for up to 9 months.

How does the treatment work?

Small, shallow micro-injections of Botulinum Toxin Type A are administered across a mapped grid in the target area. The toxin enters the sympathetic nerve endings and blocks the release of acetylcholine, the chemical neurotransmitter responsible for activating eccrine sweat glands. Without this signal, the glands remain resting, significantly lowering local sweat production.

Where on my body can be treated?

Underarms (Axillary Hyperhidrosis): The most popular treatment zone, eliminating dark sweat patches on shirts and dresses.

Palms of the Hands (Palmar Hyperhidrosis): Reducing excess palm sweat to restore confidence during handshakes and daily tasks.

Soles of the Feet (Plantar Hyperhidrosis): Minimising foot moisture and associated friction or odour.

Forehead & Hairline (Facial Hyperhidrosis): Preventing excessive facial beaded sweat during stress or warm weather.

ENSURING THE BEST FOR OUR PATIENTS

Clinical Safety, Aftercare & Guidelines

Every regenerative protocol is underpinned by rigorous medical standards to ensure the safety, efficacy, and longevity of your results.

01

Clinical Assessment & Mapping

Your clinician evaluates your medical history and maps out the exact boundaries of your most active sweat glands.

02

Skin Preparation & Cleansing

The treatment zone is disinfected with an antiseptic solution, and a mild topical numbing cream or cooling pack is applied for your comfort.

03

Precise Micro-Injections

Using an ultra-fine medical needle, your clinician places micro-drops of Botulinum Toxin at precise 1cm intervals across the mapped treatment grid.

04

Immediate Discharge & Aftercare

The area is cleansed, and you receive simple post-care instructions so you can immediately get back to your day.

A: Yes, absolutely. Your underarms contain less than 2% of your body's total sweat glands. Stopping perspiration in this localised area has zero impact on your body's overall ability to cool itself down through thermal regulation.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q: Is it safe to stop sweating in my underarms?

A: Yes, absolutely. Your underarms contain less than 2% of your body's total sweat glands. Stopping perspiration in this localised area has zero impact on your body's overall ability to cool itself down through thermal regulation.

Q: How long does the dry effect last?

A: Most patients enjoy 6 to 9 months of significant sweat reduction following a single underarm session. As the nerve connections slowly regenerate, sweating gradually returns to baseline, at which point a maintenance treatment can be booked.

Q: Does the procedure hurt?

A: Underarm injections are very tolerable and feel like tiny, superficial pin-pricks. For sensitive areas like the palms or forehead, we apply high-strength topical numbing cream or local cooling to keep the experience as comfortable as possible.
